Empowering Women via Sustainable Fashion with Eco World started as an International Women’s Day initiative.
However, it quickly grew into a long-term empowerment journey. Through this collaboration, PSJKM and Eco World expanded their shared mission. Instead of focusing only on training participants, they reached wider communities. As a result, more micro and small enterprises received meaningful support.

A Strategic Collaboration Between PSJKM and Eco World
Through collaboration, PSJKM and Eco World aligned expertise strategically. PSJKM strengthened crafting and technical skills, while Eco World enhanced business readiness. Moreover, Eco World introduced marketing knowledge, mindset development, and communication skills. Together, they supported artisans beyond production capacity. Consequently, participants gained confidence to position their products competitively. This partnership therefore created balanced growth across creativity and entrepreneurship.
Uplifting Micro and Small Artisans in the Craft Sector
Importantly, this initiative targeted micro and small art and craft enterprises. These entrepreneurs often possess talent but lack structured support. PSJKM guided artisans in quality control and design development. Meanwhile, Eco World provided branding, storytelling, and customer engagement skills. As a result, participants improved both product value and market visibility. We deeply appreciate Eco World for enabling this holistic empowerment journey.
From International Women’s Day to a Sustainable Movement
Initially, the programme launched in conjunction with International Women’s Day. However, it continued growing far beyond a single calendar event. Through consistent engagement, more women joined the empowerment journey. Participants supported one another through shared learning and collaboration. This movement therefore reflected long-term commitment rather than symbolic celebration. Empowering Women via Sustainable Fashion with Eco World became a platform for lasting change.
